dude if you messed with the headlights, you can easily do this


drill 8 holes and put in rivets...that simple. even easier if you have the stock hood cause the drill doesnt move around like it does on fiberglass (mpd)


instructions are great and easy to follow. if you know how to use a drill and rivet gun, it will be no problem. took me like 30 minutes the first time and 15 when i got the new hood

I just used self tapping sheet metal screws, a hammer, and a screwdriver. A couple of taps on the screw with the hammer to get your mark, then a couple of seconds of screwing, then you're set.

Have had installed for over 18 months, never seen 'em loosening. And no rust, but I did pre-treat, but I forget with what.

Plus, had no drill or rivet gun at the time.

But, of course, I still would have used screws.

Yeah the rivet gun is only like 15 dollars. You can buy a craftsman for about that much. Im pretty sure that is how much i bought mine for so no need to go buy that walmart shit.

word. that is what i have. got it at a tool show with tons of rivets included. ended up coming in handy cause i needed longer ones for the mpd hood
