93 octane. I only use 93 octane so it will be nice to see too!

Nice. I just bought the 93 tune from a member just havent sent it out for vin change yet. My wrx was 93 only and I owned it durring the highest gas prices the US has ever seen. Because it was highly modded it only got 16mpg city and 20 mpg highway and thats driving modestly. Get on the gas and hit boost it could drop to 8mpg easily. one reason I bought the g6 was I could put 87 in it. But my car is soo heavy cause of stereo and show mods my mpg sucks. I would rather sacrifice money at the pump for better mpg with the 93 wams tune.

              I've been working in reverse.....

working on performance and handling before stereo so that the power ratio won't be worrible since the upgraded suspension will support the weight of the stereo and in turn not be as dramatic on mpg..... plus a heavier car in the rear is always good....

I'm not sure how to do my tune, do I simple remove the old one and pop this one in. I got no directions. so confused....

yep, I think it is just 2 nuts and the shocks, the nuts screws in up top and the bottom part uses the existing nut. Also the spring come full soft. you have to compress them and while compress turn them until you feel it click and then while you hold it down rotate it. Me and Bryant did one full turn from full soft. I used a small dot with a black marker to know where the start mark was.... then used goo gone to remove it.

Im pretty sure its just plug and play. Simply replace yours with that unit and it works.

Yea just swap the modules. Disconnect the battery first to be safe. You may need to do a key relearn and/or a case relearn. Theres info all over about it. I'm sure you'll find it.

Yea as others stated, just plug and play normally. I disconnected my battery just to be safe, and since mine is 3.6L i needed a crank relearn. I already bought a dash hawk before i got my tune so i was able to do it immediately.

With 3.5 it may be different, i think you need a key relearn. Here's the thread: http://www.g6performance.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=10088

Also thanks about the info on the Koni's. I think im going to just wait until spring time to install these. Should have the front inserts and struts to cut up by then, and maybe some other mods.

so well I'm going to go to the dealership in the morning and park in the back lot and swap the chips there just in-case I need to do a crank re-learn. Since I figure I shouldn't drive a long distance with that being required, aye? and if I need a crank re-learn I would assume the dealership can do it quickly.....

That would probably be the easiest, it takes like 30 seconds to do it if the car is up to temp
