Yeah I'd take the intake off. It won't give you a bit of money. Also, 6's loose value quickly especially now. I think I'd only get like 12,000 tops on mine and I have an 08 with 23,300 miles.

Do you think having the intake on there is hurting my trade-in value? Plus idk if I can find all of the screws from my stock intake.....

I doubt it'd hurt it but you'd be better off taking it off and selling it somewhere.

I have a few things i'm looking to sell right now. Not sure how fast they will go though. The set of rims I bought form bluegtp33 never got put on and are still sitting in a storage room downstairs. So those will be getting sold (depending on what the dealership finds out about my credit check).

I honestly thing the intake might have to stay on the car. If I can't find all the parts to my stock intake. I will have to do some searching though.

Another g6 member asked me if I was interested in selling 1 or 2 of them. I prefer to sell them as a set. But yes they are the stock GTP rims from. Picture below:



I am going to hear back from the dealership tomorrow. That will be the end decision on if I would take the stock intake off your hands and selling my rims. I'm looking at trying to get as much extra cash I can to put towards a down payment towards the GXP.

Mine is a former rental from the US that a Canadian dealer had on his lot. It's been a very good car with next to no problems and the price was right. It had 14,000 kilometers when I got it. If the deal otherwise looks acceptable don't dismiss it just because it was a rental.
