as a matter of fact.. i am pretty sure that black surrounding piece will come off.. but man that would be a lot of red lol.. i will give that one some thought lol

Nice job on the trim Ive been reading for a little over a week on how to paint properly. And im gonna paint mine a deep red i think I would really like to get a something like pooners but with red flames but i dont know any good paint people. Anything i need to know when taking of the door trim? i used search but could find nothing on it.

Door trim just pops off except the drivers door. It has a torx bolt under the rubber inside pad. Just wrap some tape on the end of a flat blade so you dont mar the edge.

Also if you wanna use my painter feel free.....Ive posted his info many times on the site or I can PM it to you. His red flames put my blue to shame. Look at Darlene's stuff. he painted hers.

Just keep in mind he is in high demand so dont be in a hurry.

If you really wanted to do this modification without painting you could.

GM sells interior trim kits in Red, Blue and Silver.

your carbon fiber is a sticker. the trim pieces from gm are the whole piece.

dude i was quoting the wow website....its the same stick on stuff We already know about the GM pieces that don't even look like "real" carbon fiber. Thank you

Ya, with the interior being "cacki", I tried to do a 3 tone setup........
