a little find on the halos / leds on some models (dont think will even be an option on ours )
anyway i belive they are not hooked up by default because they are illigal to have hooked up (maybe not all areas i dont know )
but some people hook them to a switch, some hook them to the parking light, all depends on what you want.
here is a video by spyder auto showing how to hook them up to your parking light ( apparently what most people with halos end up doing )

Best place to run the halos to would be the Fogs so you can just have the Fogs/halos on if you want. Or whatever you feel like at the time.
