    Isn't opel for sale?

Why would you create a car based on an opel if you're gonna sell the brand?

And frankly I could give two f**ks what GM "claims" is coming because they're notorious for promising the world and delivering us nothing more then a flaming bag of shit.

they will still own a small % so they can still get stuff and share technology with each other.

I bet that the engine will be transversely mounted, hence the AWD denomination

Looks good, but unless is a trully RWD driven car, will still suck

I want a v8 because of the intoxicating rumble that no v6 can ever match

I dont see this happening, not while the gov is in charge, despite GM meeting all cafe regulations and whatnot they will limit and shoot down high performance variants

The oil producing countries can hold America hostage anytime they like as long as we are addicted to their oil. Do you want us to continue to remain at their mercy? Driving a powerful V8 and pretending to be patriot would be hypocrite.

With today's technology, there is no reason why we shouldn't have more 300+ hp V6's out there. And if you want better sounds, look at the V6 Grand National. It rumbles just like a V8, so it can be done. It's just a matter of companies having the right incentive to do it. AKA, make it financially beneficial to do it and financially prohibitive not to do it. (after all, isn't that why we have taxes?)

Ok... I might have lied when I said I'd never buy GM again. If the Regal GS is a manual, hell I might have to take a look into it. AWD would just be icing on the cake.

Oh, for sure. Which is why in today's age of technology and mechanical engineering it should be even EASIER to replicate V8 sound with a V6 for those wanting demanding V8 sound but still abiding by the CAFE standards. I'm not saying buy a V6 GN, I'm saying we should be producing something like it to cater to those who want the sound without the drop in mpg.

It kind of reminds me of the Infinity G35 a little bit.

but due to testing done by renowned scientist Doc and assistant MCfly they proved via the use of the FLuuX Capassitator coupled with the now proven B2TF theory (B.ack T.o T.he F.uture) theory, that time travel was very quite possible when coupled with the DElorean effect.

So hence forth it is only a matter of time before the grand national gets produced again for the first time. Or is it?
