I am thinking about Goodyear tires, I am looking at F1 all season or Eagle response edge... Anyone have any input? I live in CT. Snow, Rain and performance are my concerns.

The Goodyear F1 AS are very good tires, from the reviews I have seen. They would be an excellent choice. A few members on the site have them.

Now back on Topic, I have the Goodyear Eagle F-1 All Seasons. For the weather we have here, they are perfect. They don't ride as good as the LS-2's, but they are great. In the rain 10x better than the LS2's, dry weather too. They took this ice story we had today like a champ as well, and that slushy mess we had a week or two ago as well perfect, not a single problem. They seemed to have more a problem with the sliding on the Sand on the road than the ice and snow
They grip really well and don't spin at all on dry or wet pavement, at least enough for T/C to kick in. So much better than my old LS-2's.
We'll have to meet up sometime!

What color's your car? I see so little 6er's around here. I pass a White one once or twice a week in Southbury sometimes, and a Electric Blue on on 84 every once in a while. Someone has a Black GTP like mine who goes to my school, 240*GTP is the plate. That's like literally it.

Well, I am glad to hear a great response for the Eagle f1's. And woodburyman, I am excited by your enthusiasm, I have a a Silver 2006 G6 GT. I am more into the car but find that money is lacking and my ceiling in my kitchen is leaking from my bathroom upstairs so funds are short for the performance stuff. But tires are a safety thing. Thanks for the info guys!

I don't have the F1's, but I do have the Eagle Performance touring. They handle the rough weather last winter well.G6P member 340

So I think I have made my decision but, there is no warrantee. So how long do you think that they will last guys? 25,000 miles? 10,000 miles? Maybe the response edge would be better because of the warrantee. I know that buying a warrantee is stupid but the f1 all seasons could technically last for 7,500 miles and Goodyear wouldnt care.
