  • Auto or Tapshift Racing

    If you guys are going to the racetrack, which would provide more performance? Tapshift or Auto. I know to keep traction control off, but I can't come up with any consistent data that shows one is better than the other for straight line racing.

    well tapshift will definitely let you play with the gears and keep the RPM's where you want them. Kinda the best of both worlds without a clutch. You should make a couple passes in each mode and compare the results and draw a conclusion

      On my 0-60 times by my dashhawk the D is much better then tapshift. Tapshift more or less is nice for screwing around when driving or to downshift faster, you can downshift much faster then the computer will want you too. Now on the upshift, let the computer do the work, it will be as perfect as it possibly can and always consistant.
