Best Headlights?

I'm not sure about the brand they were, I'll try and find out if they can remember. They could barely read the writing on the socket since it was all melted on both bulbs. I'll see if I can have them ask the kid when he goes to pick up his car what they were.

once you get the headlights out, how hard is it to re-aim the fogs? (whats involved) for whatever reason my fogs seem to be aimed at the ground, and are at almost zero functionality (kind of defeats the purpose of having "more lights")

if there is already a thread for this, someone point me to it as i am semi-retarded and totally lazy.

hadriel, your fogs are suppose to be aimed at the ground. in theory the "fog" lights are suppose to focus on lighting the ground immediatly in front of the car to aid driving in the fog. but they've become more of an accessory these days

but they are almost aimed 2 low.. you can hardly notice them when you have them on. At least I couldnt!

i think they are too low, as i like to look ahead of me for objects that i could hit when in fog, not right in front of my car, i mean who looks right in front of their car anyway

Yeah i found the write up. thanks again for that. my fogs are aimed so low, that you can't see them hit the ground unless you stand up in the seat to see over the hood. considering i am 6'2'' i think that is a little low for any kind of effectiveness. but i do know what you mean, they are supposed to illuminate the ground 15 - 25 feet in front of the car in "foggy" travel situations.

definately re-aiming tonight. i think i may go ahead and upgrade them to silverstars tonight as well.

They just don't make them yet. I've emailed them about it before and they said they have plans to.

I also had my Nokya's in my car for a while with no problems, now they're in the foggies.
