I keep eyeing the 1.4L T/C'd Cruze. Only $19,500 NEW plus a bunch of rebates and shit i got.

Yea. But 35mpg. Damn. Still 140hp, as much as my old Sunfire 2.2L Ecotec had, and coupled to a 6 speed instead of a ancient 4 speed gives it more pep and more gas mileage. And the fact that it would be tuneable is big. Anything with a factory turbo just a tune could net a big increase in % power. True. However tuning should be easy, and there's enough Ecotec stuff out there for fuel pumps / injectors. I'm not sure if the 1.4L TC is DI or not. well with all the researching I've been doing for our new Sky the GMPP turbo upgrade is really just sensors and that's it and it jumps the hp up I think its 35hp which isn't too bad by just adding different sensors and the included tune-all GMPP parts.
