    I locked my keys in my car.. anyone know how to get it unlocked without a slim jim

            tried the coat hanger really dont kno wat i'm doin, locksmith i'll do it in the morning not have a good day, but at least its at a friends house and not a random parking alot, and i wasnt given a spare key during purchase y i dont kno, really never thought bout it,

                  You're screwed. your gonna have to call AAA and have them unlock it for you, but they use a slim jim usually and if they aren't careful they can scratch the shit out of your car. Someone once told me you could go to a dealer and get a universal key for your model of car and it would work, but I don't know if its possible with all the electronics they use on cars nowadays. Maybe you could somehow get the trunk open and crawl into the car that way.

                  Man that sucks big time. This is they very reason I always keep a spare key at the house. Alt least it didn't happen to you while your on a roadtrip 200 miles from home.

                  By the way, How long did it take you to realize that you had locked the keys in your car? Did you realize right as you shut the door?
