When I first started to use it, it always seemed like it came out. I must be doing something different since it happens a lot less. Was a pita at first though.

Mine never slips through. I guess it has a lot to do with the seat position and your size. The loop think is practically next to the seat belt anchor on my car because I'm a big guy.
