Where in what part of Indy is Hammond at? My hometown of Evansville is in the southwest part, just north of the Ohio river.

Hammond is the very top NW corner about 20 mins from chicago.

We need another Indiana meet! Its summer time, school is out for those of you in school, and the days are long.



I'm fine with it being here in Lafayette and hosting, or doing it down in Indy. Just need to do one again. Its a great chance for networking, and seeing some of these cars and people we talk with on here.


Stop in, leave your comment, and lets try to get this off the ground this time.

I'm down with Lafayette, so long as it starts by mid afternoon. Sundays and Mondays are hit and miss for me, but I can probably get any other day off so long as I get 2-3 weeks notice.

Lafayette is perfect for me, I can host all you here at my house. As a norm, Saturdays are the best for everyone, so I would keep it with that tradition. July 2 is a Saturday and its 4th of July weekend (3 day weekend!)

As for things to do here, with a couple weeks notice, Triple X and the Frozen Custard at Columbia Park are both Lafayette musts and are drive-in oriented. Dependent on weather, photos can be taken in a couple locations. Then cookout and beer at my house. I have 2 extra beds and a couple couches for whoever may need them.

I can share this on FP and maybe G6OC if we need more peoples.

I'm down with July the 2nd. Once a date is finalized, perhaps a new thread should be made for this. It would get more attention that way.
