Re: ROKU update: MPD Hood, GM Ground Effects, Hammerhead Spolier and Concept Dart

I got the concept dart from thirdshiftstudios.com. They were for the G8's Solstices' and GTO's but I think a certain someone on here got them to make the darts for our 6's too. There is a thread about them. Just type in "concept dart" on the search to find it. I know a few people on the site here have them and love them. The darts are fully customizable but they're a bit pricey, they start out at $75 just for the front or $130 for the front and rear. Not sure how much is the shipping cost. Me? I believe it's worth it. Getting the mirrors painted might be next on the agenda but I'm not sure when am I'm going to do it.

I was wondering if it was from third shift. I'm just having a hard time justifying $75 for one LOL.

                  Looks great though

Funny you mentioned that, because I did. The only hard things I can think of is finding vinyl that matches the body paint or if I get the headlight covers, cutting them just right and painting to match the body. Probably not hard things just time consuming, I think.

Re: ROKU Update: Black Carbon Fiber Dash Kit

I installed the black carbon fiber dash kit. I had this kit for a few months but didn't install it until now. The pieces are fairly easy to put on but requires some steady hands to put on nice and neat. The pieces for the instrument cluster were tricky becuase it wouldn't stick on the surface. I had to use a plastic adhesive.

Re: ROKU Update: Black Carbon Fiber Dash Kit

These last two pics are just an experiment. About a year or two ago I removed the steering wheel emblem. I wanted to get custom made one but to no avail I couldn't find a place that could make one. This piece was part of the map lights but I didn't want to install that whole piece because it mismatched the top interior. To make it fit I cut and filed the edges using my Leatherman (a mechanic's best friend in my book). It's temporary and I wanted to see what it looked like on.

ROKU Update: Dual Borla Exhaust with Vibrant Resonater Set up

I got the parts needed for the exhaust setup, made a cut on the rear valance to match the left side and waited to get scheduled in a shop to get the work done. A day and a half later I got this nicely sounding exhaust for my dear Roku. I even got the WAMS too but haven't installed it yet. Before you ask, the exhaust clip is on the way, I just got the car back today. If weather and work permits I'll post a vid. Anyway check out Roku-chan's sweet looking exhaust setup.

I'll post some newer pictures and the exhaust clip later. The sound isn't irritatingly loud but it's not quiet as a mouse either, it does sound way better than my stock single exhaust and I love it. I have to let you guys and girls listen to when I get the chance.
