The bead seal around one of my rims went bad so new tires are going on Monday. Nothing exciting there. It has been too cold lately to do anything in the way of modding not to mention that I don't really have alot of extra funds right now. But I am supposed to get a raise soon since I got an excellent review after having been at my current job for a year. And the winter months usually have many times to pick up extra work.


But in the meantime I have had these wheels laying around for almost 4 years and two cars ago. They will fit the 6 but they are only 16's but I think they are a little bit wider than stock. I have tried selling them many times with no buyers.

So first should I get some tires for them and put them on the 6 in the spring?

If yes, should I leave them as is or paint them black? Or some other color?




Comments and opinions will be greatly appreciated. Here are the wheels in question.

Get Some meguiars ultimate compound and put it on them tail lights and shine them up till they are glossy like glass man it would look SICK!!!!

Well I had fun I saw some nice cars like a white Nissan Skyline GT-R and a black modded Acura NSX. On the way home I drove for 200+ miles with some random guy in a tinted out Corolla with black wheels. And I could have sworn I saw a black G6 in St. Louis with a G6 Performance sticker but I never got close enough to confirm.

And funny story I almost bought a $13,000 sweatshirt, I was at Dillards and the cashier rang up the 1 sweatshirt I was buying when I went to swipe my card and she quick grabbed my hand and said don't do that! I was like what is going on!? So she said look at the price that rang up and the cash register read $13,081.07! She canceled the purchase and rang it through again and it came up correct but it was just the craziest thing.

If only that was a refund

For sure. My insurance is pretty cool about stuff like that. I head home tommorrow so i'll be on the interstate for 12 hours again haha! Also I nabbed a pic of a completley pink g6 i'll get those pics up soon too.

On my trip this morning I accidently bumped into a concrete barrier and dented the lower rear fender and passenger door.

Stupid mistake on my part but insurance should cover it. I'll have pics up when I get home.

Ok I got my DDM's and have them installed. I love them so much. Crappy picture I know but its tough getting night pictures.

Anyways I went from 8000k up top to 6000k and i'm much more satisfied with that look. And I have 3000k in the fogs.

^I'm gonna have to agree, getting them glossy would make them look so much better! The do look good but it would be worlds different glossy

I decided to retint my taillights and go darker. I like it but I hope it fades a little bit because it seems really dark now.

Looks kinda flat man.....I think it would look much better glossy. But still looking alright.
