                  well I know it's a cam now. Guess you'll get yours before me...Still not sure what cam I want to do (trying to figure out if i want to go big and do a 2800 stall)

                      big != good. I nice mild cam brings power throughout the band. sure I could go with a 24X/24X cam but I like having power all through the band. Mine is a texas speed 228R cam (google for specs). I will be picking up a 2800 or 3k stall as well when it comes time to throwing it in. I am just slowly going to get parts for the install so the cam wont be going in too soon but i will just be scavenging parts. Bryan just do it!

                        I'll probably settle on 22x/22X in the end. Livernois has a good couple cams and so does Vector. And Pat G. from texas will custom grind too.

                              this. and the thing is he isn't that much more than a tx speed or other shops grind and the dude is a cam and induction genius. I just dont have the budget for anything so the 228r will work for me as I piece everything together.

                                I'm not set on getting a custom cam. There are plenty out there that will make me happy. I'm not going for a 600+HP goal like some **cough cough** people.
