I'll go with a wheel balance problem. Probably got a weight knocked off during some of the work. Curious of the wheel/tire sizing. You mentioned 225-40-18 tires. Those are almost 2" shorter than the stock 225-50-18's. I've been toying with similar looking American Racing Rogue 18x8.5 wheels and 245-45-18 tires, keeping the stock tire diameter. The 225-40's might be a little small on your car, but it's your thing. Also, how informed are you about your cars speedometer, ABS braking and active handling systems. Moving outside stock tire diameters, by more than a few percent, can really cause this stuff to act up. Hope everything works out.

I went to sears auto an talked to the guy there an he was telling me that if the rear was unbalanced id feel it all the time, I told him I really notice it went I step on the peddle .. ends up telling me balancing would be a waste since it has nothing to do with springs an me lowering it. I may go back tomorrow an have it done like 25 bucks, i figure what i got to loose, just he turned me off thinking it was balancing... for my situation atleast its a obv speed wobble when I hit the gas or I turn with some speed, I really dont notice it when I lay off the gas which is part I cant figure out why.

Problem has been solved, dominated centering ring. Not sure how it happened but my front left ring was in 4 or so peices. Just have to wait for new ring to come in the mail.
