That's what I'm afraid of...
Being first to do something means nothing to me.. I'd rather see it done elsewhere to know its even fesible.. I don't understand why there isn't much for performance for these cars.
Oh, and I'm building this for a show car. Just trying to put all my ducks in a row.

...Everyone believed the earth was flat until someone proved it wasn't...
yes that's true. it's just no one wanna risk the money and the chance of a blown engine, just like back in time almost no body wanna risk the chance to be hanged to say that the earth was a sphere.

If tuning was the problem, has anyone tried to megasquirt?
Interesting... That's a great question.. I will have to look into this. Thanks.
you think the STS (Squires Turbo System) will fit under the rear bumper on the street edition?
I don't really plan on running a lot of boost, but obviously will upgrade the tranny.. I'm still trying to figure this g6 out.. I love the car but the lack of performance parts is boggling. G6s are abundant like civics around me. You'd think they'd have something worth while.
For dollar for dollar value a turbo is better. I personally like superchargers but cost value a turbo will work better. Because there is no supercharger kit exsits except for a 3400 Super Charge kit from a company that was out of bussniess and that kit had shaft issues anyway.
So to fab up a kit and make one fit I would imagine your around 5-7K.
A custom turbo set up you should be able to get done and installed with tunning for around 3500-4500 depending on shop.
