    2 things. the filter that is getting used, uses the bottom circled screw as a mounting bracket for the cone filter. And the intake is a stock box replacement from the MAF up. im coupling the intake cone to the MAF so itll be stock tubing, MAF, then intake cone.

      Ok cool the only concern I had was if it was an intake kit that deleted the flex hoses on the MAF housing. After labor day I'll ask the local GM dealer if the MAF housing for the 3.5 is the same as the 3.6 so I can use mine for fitting. If possible could you include a pic of the intake kit? I need to know if it's just a hose that you clamp around the MAF housing or if there is an adapter that the MAF housing screws into. I'll need you to take a measurement for me as well from the red point circled in the picture below to the engine so I know how much room I have to play with.

      Also let me know if anything from her car looks different than mine. Those hard lines I have to work around so if her's are routed a different way I'll need to know that.

        fer shizzle. ill get her intake installed with no heat shield for now (maybe sometime this week) and then I will post up pics and measurements for ya
