    Im running 2 glass paks.. But it is on the business end of 6.0l v8

    Scuba is that what you had done when iwas up there? Cause it did sound good!

    I think the vid sounds pretty damn good aswell.

    Sam is right, your not really going to get rid of that raspiness at high rpms on a 6cyl. Hell i get it on my 8.. But it is worth it

      My ZR-1's have that raspy sound, and personally, I would not trade that sound for any other. It's parts of what makes it bas ass, and folks that know what it is, love to hear it as well.

                I had sweet talker duals on my '95 Monte Z34. It was way too loud ( i din't care , i was in highschool and pissing people off was my MO) and it sounded a little bit trucky.
                I don't think that sound fits for a G6.
                Leave the cherry bombs to the old small block Montes,Regals and Grand prix's.

                    I just cut the muffler off my car today. Only running the resonator now and it sounds very good. I'll weld in the tailpipes this weekend. No rasp at all, go figure.
                    07 3.6 GTP sedan 1/8 9.1 @ 76.9 1/4 14.19 @ 97.4 muffler delete, dyno tune, intake, ported tb
                    FWHP 230hp/235tq mustang dyno (before exhaust and ported TB)

                      I had taken off my resonator and it was too raspy! I replaced it with a glass pack and it sounds great now. I'm not liking how raspy that exhaust sounded at all.

                        Hey i'm considering working on my exhaust this summer. I have a 4 cyl
                        what do any of you all recommend for this ecotec...

                        dual/single outlet, muffler/straight pipes, companies...anything just what you recommend for it.
                        2007 G6 2.4L VVT Ecotec- Black Sedan

                          sounds dopppe for 80 bucks well keep it on the low but i got myself a custom magnaflow ill post up video's after

                              After driving home from the track with just cats I'll keep the resonator on. The gain of striaght pipe over a high flow muffler will be min. As for the gt-r it prob the best sounding aftermarket I have heard but I personally still don't like it.

                                How loud is it? makes me wish I kept my res and took off the muffler, mines still too quiet. Could you get a clip up maybe?
