That's awesome. 8psi I bet that thing is awesome. The bore is the same as an LS1(3.9) you can buy forged pistons off the shelf. A guy Joe on the Fiero forums twin turboed his 3.9l

It's a T70 turbo with a .82 a/r exhaust and .70 a/r intake. Air/Water intercooled which is in the bumper. Ebay wastegate and bov. Best 1/4 mile before I broke the input shaft was 13.4 at 103. I just finished switching to a GT35 turbo with a .63 exhaust and a Tial wastegate. I hope to make some runs this weekend.
What injectors are you running? Walbro fuel pump? How'd you tune it? Fmic? Not a lot of room to play with in the g6. More info please! I'm interested!!!!
not bad. but I know they use a different trans then we do. and there ECM is also different then ours.

I do have a walbro and 60# injectors, for tuning I use HPTuners. All street tuned by me, took a few months to figure out how to use the software lol.
I had a 2008 G6 till I totaled it before I could turbo it but I did use HPTuners to firm up the shifts in manual mode and changed the timing a little bit.
out of all the platforms you have the better one to turbo as you dont have to worry about the weaker auto trans. but you still have the issue of tuning the motor.
