I'm assuming you mean the base g6 radio didnt come with an aux? Go to your local radioshack an grab a 3.5mm stereo panel mount (female) and some wire and I'm pretty sure there's a how to somewhere on this forum for the rest cause honestly I have no clue. I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to pull part of the dash and then the front off the radio and it's simple soldering from there, it's just to what you solder to that i dont know.

I think I know what you mean.. I don't believe there is any different wiring, I think it's plug and play. But you would have to get it registered to your car by a dealer. You'll also have to pull apart your dash

You need to be sure to pull a base radio from a non-Monsoon '06 - '09 (but not 09.5). The aux port was made standard on base radios later on.

Sorry I don't have the part numbers. Avoid Monsoon radios if possible. Radios from 2009.5/2010 cars likely won't work either as the GMLAN version changed.

The dealer will have to run a radio VIN reset with a Tech 2 tool. Don't overpay for this. Dealers charge as low as $35. $50 is fair. $75 is excessive. Anything more is a ripoff.
