  • Im a speaker noob, please help!

This is the amp that I have from my old car, http://www.ugotadeal.com/product_inf...oducts_id=2386its a HiFonics Zeus 4 channel 170w amp. This is the closest I could find, its the same model number; ZX6400 but the one linked is a 340w.

These are the speakers Im looking to buy, and I just want to make sure they will work with RMS an all that crap.

Front components: MB QUART PVI216 http://cgi.ebay.com/MB-QUART-PVI216-...3A1%7C294%3A50
    Rear 6x9's: MB QUART PVI269 http://cgi.ebay.com/MB-QUART-PVI269-...3A1%7C294%3A50

Also I plan on gettin a Kenwood DNX 7120 headunit, I posted on SoundDomain and got ZERO response. Does anyone here own one, or have a buddy who does? Any common problems or is it a solid unit? Thanks alot.

my amp is a 4 channel 170w amp. Its a Zeus ZX6400, so i googled that to post it so you guys could use those specs to compare. However all google found was a 340w one, which is odd because the model is the same, but I went ahead an posted it anyway incase it could be used for anything. Baically, it looks to me that the amp will do 85x4 rms, so is that too much for the 50w rear speaks and 70 watt fronts?

No it should be fine just be sure to not turn the gain too high on the amp (you never turn gain fully up anyways), but yea if its 85x4 it will be fine
