    Matte Black Racing Stripes on Black GXP

    Hey guys, wanted some opinions.

    Saw some of the chargers and mustangs online that had the black on black racing stripes and it looks awesome. I would like this look but was wondering would it be a bit overkill to throw stripes like that on a "non"-muscle car?

    I think it'll look great on black gxp.
    Mods:Wams lx9 tune, gtp rear valance, custom Flowtech catback, volant cai and box, raceline stb, CM lowering springs, pioneer touch screen stereo, black vinyle arrow head overlays, Pontiac rear window decal and finally g6performance decals.

    Not much left without dumping a few grand so I guess ill be redoing the stock sound system with polk audio everything.

      Thanks for the opinion, I figured it would look good too but I really wanted to see what other people would think.

      Once I get new wheels, the car will be murdered out the way I want

        There was a guy with a black gxp with orange rally stripes and it looked sick.

          I think it'd look good later on I plan on doing stripes on the sides in Matt black on my car kinda like thr corvette grand sports but a lot smaller but of course mines granite instead of your black lol try it with vinyl and take it off if you don't like it

            I think it would definitely look good. It would be more subtle, which looks better on G6s.

                  plasti-dip can be your friend when doing things your not sure of, because in the end you can peel it off.
                  if you do it please take pics and post em, im curious to see what it would look like as well.

                    i plasti dipped the section of the hood between the ridges i wish i would have taken a pic of it

                      The 69 Super Bee had the tail stripe in flat black, which could be ordered on a black car. The old guys used to called them "braille stripes". However like the other guys have said, subtle works on our cars.

                          Subtle is really all I would be going for. Don't really want bright white stand out stripes or anything like that.
