For those who want them here they are 
. tape together with preferably clear tape where numbers r located.. place the #5 point at the bottom point of the outside (where blinker is) then mold the rest to the AVS Blackout or light for paint and if applying vinyl u will need to add the shape of the top of the light to this and cut out with scizzors for the blackouts get a Dremel and start-a-cuttin. Then paint the outside or if not because u want them black the inside should be painted taped or how ever u choose to make it so NO light comes through at night they truly look like Eyes. Then get your self any color standard door Trim and put it on The edge you cut. When u put them on the car make sure u use 3M Automotive badge tape and put as much as u can, especially around the edge's and ur done.
