    ordering from GMPartsDirect.com

    so what the heck is going on with them... i sent them my payment on the 5th and i have not got any response about the part.

    i sent them an email on friday of last week saying "TELL ME SOMETHING" and still no repsonse.

    this is what i am getting now...



    what does that mean? i know what it says but i dont know if they are ordering it, making little boys and girls in sweatshops extrude the plastic and form pressing it or if some witch doctor is conjuring it up as we speak.

    sorry... upset.

    i'd guess that it means its on order and when they receive it they will ship it out.

      I ordered twice from them, it took about 2 weeks of "on order" then when they got it it shipped in about 3 days.

        They are actually a dealership that orders the parts directly from GM and/or child companies, then it takes them a week or more, sometimes 2-3 weeks for large out of stock items, then they ship it to you.

          I ordered my catback exhaust from them and I received it in about a week. I go thru them when I want to purchase big ticket items because its alot cheaper then going to the dealership and ordering.
