                Not all cars have fog lights to begin with. What do you do in foggy weather if you don't have them? Same thing as having green ones I assume... Nothing

                            That doesn't apply because of the fact that his car has foglights.

                            I have yellow fogs in my car and they help a shit ton in foul weather. In fact, sometimes I turn my headlights off and keep my fogs on if the weather is bad enough.
