        Only problem is I can't get the board to work.. I've got power all the way to the relay on the board.. but 0 volts after..

        Tell me what I'm doing wrong

          Are you sure you have proper voltage polarity going into the relay?

            Its a power conditioner board with a PCB relay.. the board is laid out.. I have just to connect the 12-14v system and it necks it to the 10v needed for the leds

              So you don't need to have proper polarity? I'm not familiar with these halos.

                            LEDs fire fine.. just didn't want to over power them for long.. I'll put a cap and resistor in myself if in need to..
