Picked up some brushed aluminum vinyl and decided to wrap all the interior pieces. Came out awesome! The brushed aluminum looks really good, it was hard to get the grain to show in the pictures though. Adds a nice touch to the inside of the vehicle though!

Got some more pictures of the trim, a few people asked me for some close-ups to see the grain of the brushed aluminum. Still think it came out looking awesome!

Also got samples of all the vinyl, 54 colors in total! The brushed metals and carbon fiber look really slick and would look great on trim!

            That turned out awesome!

How did you apply vinyl to the shifter? I tried it and the vinyl creased a ton.

Also, how did you apply the vinyl to the steering wheel bezels? Did you take them out or did you do an extremely good job with them still attached?

I took the bezels off the steering wheel, they come out in under 5 minutes. Also took the cruise control buttons out from the back of the bezel so I could wrap it down in the holes for the buttons... And which part of the shifter were you talking about? The plate, the collar, or the insert?

How did you take the bezels out of the steering wheel? The parts of be shifter I'm asking about are the collar and insert.

For the steering bezels theres two holes in the back of the steering wheel that you stick a screwdriver in and the airbag will pop out, no need to unplug it just move it out of the way, then theres just one torx bolt holding each bezel in... For the shifter insert you just have to heat the vinyl a little to stretch it tight across it without creases. Same thing with the collar just some heat and stretching, there is a seam on the collar where the two edges of the vinyl meet, but I just wrapped it so the seam faces the dashboard and you can't see it sitting in either seat.

                      That does look really good.

Was looking at a similar finish in water transfer imaging/Hydro-Graphics.
