When I bought my car, I had XM radio service for about 2 years until I refinanced my car. I have a feeling that it was being billed to the dealership that I was making payments to. I plan on restarting service soon. I had no problems and loved it! The sound quality was great!

XM was definitely worth it. 6 disk changer is obsolete now, haha. It's funny how cell phones are satellite fed too, but xm gets service everywhere and cells dont.

Cell phones aren't satellite :P lol.

But, I'm loving my 3 months trial service, Just wish it was louder.

turn the volume knob clockwise. Should get louder. lol. if that don't work, your screwed.

What I was saying is that my sound on my xm is lower then fm

Ya, I have the same problem. But it's not too signicant to where I can't stand it. I just turn turn it up. You don't lose any sound quality, just volume. And notice that some channels are more quiet than others. i.e. Liquid Metal is a really quiet station, but it needs to be played loud as he11.

Don't know if this applies to everyone else. But I have a sportster 5 receiver (it' sirius) and that has its own separate volume control which I have maxed and all my channels sound as loud as fm. Just something to look into.
