  • Spark Plugs - basic info please

I'm interested in replacing my spark plugs, but I don't know where to start when considering options.. I've tried researching spark plugs but there's so much information and I haven't found a good simple source.. I'm seeing terms in descriptions like reach, heat range, gap, etc........ Anyone have a basic summary of what different characteristics will do for my fuel economy, performance, etc.??
And any feedback on particular brands or models would be appreciated as well.
    Thanks!

Make sure you get the iridium ones, the GM V6 engines require them.

AC Delco plugs (i.e. OEM) are made by NGK.
