Okay finally got the Lights in and working but a warning light comes on now whenever i start the car

The fuse/electrical one below the right turn signal arrow

Well its freezing cold outside but i think i might have taken one of my fuses out and forgot to replace it

did it through the wiper sw, which is an ignition one

yeah i used an add a fuse
I loosened that black box cause i thought i would have to remove it to fit my fuse and I might have not tightened it all the way back

Check engine, or charging system?

I wouldnt think this would cause the check engine light to go on, maybe the charging system light if you created a short, but not the check engine light
My suggestion is to unplug what you did, verify all fuses are installed, and give it a try. If that doesnt solve it, some auto parts stores will do a free diagnostic code scan for you

disregard that: It's all good under the hood, literally my engine fuseblock cover just came unsnapped. when i popped it back in to place the light went away
