Anyone install an aftermarket HUD in a G6?

While my G6 is down for a brake job, I've been driving my buddy's 2000 GTP. It has HUD which I think is neater than boobs at the moment. I checked around online and found some plug-n-play aftermarket projectors that might be cool to have, but wanted to see some real-world pictures before dropping any $$ on one.

Not really wanting to hack up the dash to install a factory one.

HUD is definitely great and one thing I really miss from my prior Grand Prix's.
