    GM Parts Direct Canada?

    Anobody did notice?
    There a 'GM Parts Direct' for Canada.

    The owner (whois result) seems to be Roy Nichols Motors http://www.roynicholsmotors.com/, a Chevy dealer in Ontario... I don't know anything about this dealer...

    I'm currently preparing an order (wipers... again... damn ice...) and will let you guys know about my experience with them.

      I'm too lazy to look myself, but are their prices similar to US prices or are they similar to insane Canadian dealer prices?

      Comparison: The Malibu SS strut bar was about $96USD from a US Dealer. Canadian dealers were charging $229.

        GMPartsDirect.ca charges for shipping...

        That's not a deal for wipers...

        I guess I'll have to see with my dealership for wipers.

        I'm asking them about the strut tower bar.

          Well... that's a good one...

          GMPartsDirect.ca want 291.75 for the strut bar. That's 62.75 more than what's the dealer told TLS2000. I haven't verified with my dealer (probably about the same price as TLS2000)...

          That's a lot of money for a piece that you can get for about 100 USD.

          Bottom line, GMPartsDirect.ca is probably only a front-end for Roy Nichols Motors Parts department... Whish is not a good thing.

            Small update.

            At first the dealer gave me wrong wipers. They exchanged it for correct ones which are higher in pricing.

            G6 2008 Left blade (2084439): $40.70 each + tx.
            G6 2008 Right blade (2084440): $42.20 each + tx.
            (yeah... don't ask why the smaller one is more expensive)

            If prices given by GMPartsDirect.ca were correct, $30.50 + shipping ($12) is a pretty good deal for 2 blades or more. Still a high price for wipers though... I just sent a price quotation for these two GM parts numbers and will be back with the final details.

            Either way, they still ask too much for the strut bar versus GMPartsDirect.com.

                  Horse crap paying that much for wipers, Costco is selling Michellin Wipers for 7 bucks!!! And yes finally it comes the adaptor that fits our 6.

                    Canadian tire is selling 08 g6 wipers for 20 bucks a side,do you have canadian tire in quebec?

                      Yes, we do Have Canadian Tire here in Quebec... Last timeI checked, they did not have the right connector for the wiper blade... I'll go there in the next few days and see it they have it! Thanks!
