      The police in Austin's Travis County are ridiculously lenient, They've been racing for over a year, so I guess the cops just gave up and said: "If you're going to do it, do it here, and between these times. We will be watching for anything unsafe."

        Alot of races are ran in "Mexico". People just say that to cover their asses.

            I too call BS on Mexico Racing..........

            Don't know if this is Nation wide, but Here's some helpful information on Law Enforcement and their proper names.
            Local Police = Police Officer or just Officer "Last Name"
            County Sherrif = Deputy "Last Name"
            Highway Patrol or State Trooper = Officer "Last Name"
            FBI = Agent/Special Agent
            US Marshals = Deputy "Last Name"
            Secret Service = Police Officers and Special Agents

            As far as these guys racing, well, we all take our lives and the lives of others into our hands every day when we speed........just be careful!

                lol not Mexico. If you look closely on the highway signs some read 'Exit', so that ain't no Mexico :P
