    i have tried the armorall and the black magic sprays...
    and like everyone else i've noticed the slinging

    do the gels really work that much better?

      Yup, because gels arent thin enough to be sprayed there is actually less applicated and since its thicker, it tends to stick better.
      Make me a signature and ill put it in here...

        tomorrow = "car appreciation day" for me
        every sat. i spend the whole day cleaning and waxing my baby

        ill pick up some meguires tire gel n try it out!

                I find it's usually a trade off between shininess and durability. I've used 3, Simoniz Tire Shine Spray, Meguiars NXT Insane Shine, Meguiars Gold Class Endurance Tire Shine.

                The Simoniz was OK, I just got it to clean my tires of brown spots. Does its job, not very shiny and doesn't lasts too long. But it's cheap when it's on sale.

                Meguiars NXT, it's shine, and I do mean SHINY. Yet it only lasts a very short while before it starts to get dull again.

                Meguiars GC Endurance, not too shiny but still shiny, but it lasts LONG. It's fairly close to the shininess you get in showrooms. Not too shiny, but tires look new.
