You probably need a fine swirl remover. Heard good things about SwirlX but haven't used it myself. Always start with the weakest compound then move on to the more aggressive stuff if it doesn't work (ScratchX, Ultimate Compound).

I use a leaf blower specifically for drying the car.
Also eliminate the water drips and runners hidden under the trim.

I don't know about that method, given the strength of blowers I've used. I'd be afraid of sending debris against the car particularly the lower parts. But if it works for you........;-)
