ok this is a real cheap way to get bugs off without having to apply alot of pressure

someone mentioned this once before so i gave it a try last night

go buy a pack of dryer sheets and use them on the front of car

wet the front end and start wiping, i didnt need alot of pressure and they came right off, something you cant do with a sponge with such ease

anyway make sure to wash afterwards

Yeah that works pretty well for some people, just make sure to wash it really good afterwards.

hmm sounds like a great idea-the problem I have around here is this nuclear bird shit. The stuff is hard as a rock and one of the only ways to get it off the paint and glass is to blast the shit with my pressure washer!!

Bird crap just falls right off for me once its dried and I wipe it because I have so many layers of wax on For bugs I just use a spray detailer and cloth or towel.

LOL - That is funny. I was thinking the same thing.

Lots of layers make that stuff come right off!

Not if it sits on there long enough, if it really bakes on there for a long time it'll eat right through the wax like nothing. The wax will help but it will/can still etch perm into the paint. Bug guts will etch into the paint also, but not near as bad.

                  1. I have enough coats of wax that they don't stick

                  2. Bird shit/bugs don't stay on my car more than 24 hours. I wash/QD very frequently.

I tried this Bug Removal system over the weekend, and it works great. i can't believe how easily the bugs wiped off.

Also used Meg's NXT wax for the first time, and I don't think I will ever use a different wax.
