  • Removing Headliner

    Has anyone done it?
    If so, how?

    i havnt done it, but what are you plans?? haha changing the color of your headliner?

      I never removed it completely but I did drop the back half of it. YOu will have to remove the A, B and C pillar trims. There are a three "Christmas-tree" plugs that you will have to pull in the headliner, over the back seat.

        I just want to change the material. I am thinking a black suede.

            What material is the headliner....obviously not the cloth part, the one where the cloth is glues to?

              start by removing all the trim

              remove the passenger seat
              move the driver seat all the way up and recline it all the way
              fold down the backseat
              partialy remove the rear shelf

              disconect all the wires going to it

              remove it out the RR door


              or the other option that MAY work
              remove all the trim
              disconect all the wires
              remove front or rear window
              remove through opening

              Remember if "the" and "and" are spelled right its not a genuine Ahuhn post

                Why do you need to remove the seat and the rear shelf? Just follow these instructions (for the coupe), and take it two steps further:
