Convertible G6 V6 Question

So i'm impatiently awaiting my new '06 G6 GTP Convertible to arrive. My question is I've got the 3900 V6 in the convertible, so is that 240 horse like it is for the coupe or sedan? or is my 3900 gonna have different specs? I ask cause I get conflicting reports online. Some claim 240 horse while some claim 227 for the convertible GTP. Anyone know for sure?

convertible is 227 hp, the regular coupes and sedans are 240. someone said this is do to a more restrictive exhaust to keep the sound down in the convertible. not sure if anything else plays a factor or not.

Yes the exhaust is a different layout to cut down on noise and whatnot when the top is down. So it has less power, which wouldn't be so bad but they are quite a bit heavier too.
