They're the LED halos, so I bet they're just not wired up.

I got the headlights installed, for 68 bucks I couldn't of gone wrong! These bad boys look amazing in my car and I wired the halos to come on with the running lights. The top eyebrow won't light up tho? And there's no wires coming from it soooo... And also what size bulb do I need to put in HIDs for my low beam projector
