I'm from Canada as well, so it's not related to that.
Are your headlights new? The halos need converters which are external to the headlight (bog black box hanging under the headlight). Make sure you have those. If you do make sure that no connections are loose and secure them to the headlight to prevent wire damage.

i do have the remote start, tried it and it doesn't light up. also they don't come up at nights too.

Anytime! Just received replacement bulbs myself. ;-)
One of my HIDs is turning pink already, must be a defective batch.

H7 are for lows, H11 for high ;-)
EDIT Jan-05-2014: Oups! Typo! High beam on the Eagle Eyes are H1, and not H11.

It looks to be an h7 bulb, unless there are 3 prongs then it is an h4 .

Here is my latest modification, a Eagle Eye halo bypass to use as DRL!

I'll post a How-to shortly. In the meantime here are the changes this mod proposes:

    Before
Halos do not turn on during the day
Halos light up with side LEDs & parking lights (i.e. remote start, night time)
Halos turn off immediately when the car is stopped

    After
Halos turn on immediately when the ignition is on (day & night)
Halos DO NOT light up with side LEDs & parking lights (i.e. remote start, night time)
Halos turn off after 5-10 seconds when ignition is turned off.

it's a awesome mod, I used a 5 wire 30 map relay to accomplish said task about a year ago. let me tell you it's pretty awesome have halo's are running lights during the day, especially when your cruising people move the fuck to right side of the road cause they think your a BMW..... it's pretty epic.

Just wanted to see how the output is with the projectors using hids?
Nah I'm thinking the zXe for highs (so it looks like hid color when I unlock the car) and then just replacing the bulbs on my existing hid kit.
