Rear speaker replacement
I was wondering when replacing the rear speakers is the procedure any easier without the rear window in place, mine got shattered while I was at work and the rain got to the speakers and they don't work anymore.

That really blows.
Not having the glass in could make it easier to remove the deck cover panel and the speakers through the window instead of crawling up in the rear seat and trying to wiggle it all out forward.
I actually scratched part of my tint trying to set the new speakers back in. -

It would definitely make it easier to maneuver the cover panel into place. I got pretty lucky with mine and didn't have to fight it a lot, but boy was it a PIA to take everything else apart without breaking it all up. If the glass is still out, might as well give it a try, more breathing room if nothing else. If the glass is already back in, I Definitely wouldn't worry about taking it back out just to change the speakers.Comment
