Alternate Mannual Tranny Treatment

I read the thread on using synthic oil and that sounds good. However, my dealer added something called "The Friction Modifier" part number 04316060AB to the existing tranny fluid and the grinding problem has stopped after about 300 miles. The additive is what Mitsu added to the Eclipse trannys to keep them from grinding.

The tranny is still notchy but it doesn't grind and is a lot smoother to shift.
