Fix for scratched aluminum wheel lips?

Well I got 20" American Racing Rogues today and of course it rained all day. SO I go home and wipe down the wheels with a soft chamois(bad idea). I did it kind of in the dark and of course there were tiny pebbles sitting in the lips and they dragged and scratched the lip on all 4 wheels. Is there any fix for making the scratches blend in? Mothers polish maybe? Or possibly that Meguiars Scratch-X? I tried regular carnauba wax but that didnt work. Im so mad at myself

If you run your fingernail across the scratch, can you feel it and does it catch your fingernail?

not really there not really deep..maybe a few are but not to bad

Try out some scratch x on a good terry cloth, that might have enough bite to take it out.
