    I recieved my interceptor gauge

    OOOOOOO

    I only played with this thing for like 5 mins and im in love lol. Theres a ton of great features problem is looking at it the whole entire time while your driving haha

    under the horsepower reading showed 283 for a second but it was just flooring it for a few seconds ill have to try it out some more.

    I found that in park......your horsepower is 5-6 and if you turn the AC all the way up....it goes up to 7-8 lol. Weird lol

    I need a ventpod......hurry up! lol

    more horsies when cold!! but ac usually bogs the car down-- i dun get it!!!

      I know right? idk i thought that was interesting. Id play with it more but im afraid id use the entire tank of gas playing around with it lol.

        does this gauge plug into the OBD2 port?

          yes its so easy to install you could do it with your eyes closed.....literally plug and play

            well scratch the 283 horsepower i was only averaging like 265 during my test runs.....which is surprising i was getting a lot of trans jerk idk why but the gauge is pretty nifty

              Actually.. it should make sense

              The A/C robs your wheels from a few HP cause it takes some power away from the engine when the compressor is running. This in turn makes your Engine have to produce more HP to compensate and try and keep it the same @ the wheels.. thus resulting in getting less MPG, and a higher idle rpm.

                  Make sure you put in the correct altitude setting, otherwise things will be off. Great gauge isn't it... I love mine. What did you go with?

                  I told ya it was easy to install.

                    i went with the single gauge black bezel black face red lighting....love it. Ill have to set up the altitude and everything. Thanks for the info btw!

                        heres a picture. sorry its blurry but thats where i put it for now....I just used some 3M double sided foam tape and let the wire hang down...until i get the wentpod then ill run it thru the dash like it shoud be...looks nice with all the red
