  • Auto to standard Converstion

    So totaled my last car and was in desperate of a new car and had no choice but to get the '07 3.5L G6 V6 all in all it's a fine car but the only problem is that its an automatic and I'd rather have a standard and won't be able to trade it in for quite some time so I have decided to put forth the cash and effort to get it to at least a respectable tuner nothing to fancy but i need to know if its possible to do the switch?

    This has been talked about sooo many times. The end conclusion is always that there is so much cash involved in making it a stick that you are better off selling the car and buying one with a MT

      g6 is a pretty broad statement as far as cars go. year, trim, engine? if you have the 3.9 it shouldnt be horrible, but good luck finding the tranny and even more luck getting it in

        usually you can find f40s on ebay for like 300.
