  • Installed aftermarket system

Just recently had my system installed. Thought about the DVD player, but decided not get one. I'm starting to regret it after seeing Teelo's Kenwood unit. Just went with 1 12" Sub & a 5 Channel Amplifier. (Wanted to save some space). It still kicks though.

Anyway, here's the info & some pics: Tell me what you think.

I'm not sure if I installed the dynamat correctly. I had a friend help me - I was trying to install it all in 1 piece, but he said you don't need it everywhere. I think it did cut down on the rattles though.

You can't really screw up with dynamat or the like. As long as you roll it down nice and good, well thats it.

you customize that door? or is that how the coupe looks?

The upper tweeter is aftermarket, the factory tweeter has the same flat grilles as the two other speakers below it.

But yes, the coupe with the monsoon has 3-way components in the front doors

Hell yeah I had a pair of the SPL mule 12"s and a rubicon 1000 watter. That shyt pounded hard for a first system. I had it in a new at the time F-150.

Ah yes the Rubicon's, those were sweet. I had a Van Gogh 1600.2 and a few Tarantula series. Good memories.
