  • Scratch on my leather..

So I was cleaning my car today and realized on the back of my leather steering wheel cover, there is this horrid scratch. what would be a good way to fix that, if any. Or should I take it back to the dealer and see if they will fix it since I only got the car 2 months ago? Thanks!

Given your situation, I would take it back to the dealer and have them replace it. Otherwise to repair it, it would come out of your pocket.

Do you know how it got scratched? If you scratched it with a ring that you normally wear you may as well not get it fixed. If that is the case you will just end up doing it over and over again.

Nope, no ring or nothing. I don't even usually put my hands there when I drive. I thought maybe it happened on accident before I bought it.

How deep is the scratch? You could get a repair kit and do it yourself, but if you don't have to then why bother.

Just say it has been there since you bought it but you just got the time to bring it in.
