Ready to start modding/upgrading

Okay, Since I have a base 2008 G6, I would like to start upgrading something.

I have included a picture of my RPO label w/Vin.

I would like to replace the steering wheel with a leather one w/Radio Buttons. and XM Radio for starters.

Could you please help me to determine what P/N I would need for the XM Radio module, and if I have the wiring already in place.

I'm pretty sure the Radio controls on the wheel is possible.

Any Help would be appreciated.

I think Lampoon or someone on here tried to add a steering wheel with buttons before, i'd ask him if he got it to work and how he did it because i know there were some issues

Browse over to the Interior Modification folder or do a search for steering wheel and
curl up on the sofa w/a good hot mug of hot chocolate and get comfy as its a good long
and many threaded read.

Threads on this go back almost to this sites beginning.

I'll give you a hint....in can be done. I havent done it succesfully...YET... but it has been done.
